Remember ACT? Apply, consume and thought!! True skin care is what we apply on our skin, what we consume as food and how our thoughts are. So if our thoughts are self destructive and self critical then despite applying the best of the products and consuming the best of food we wont be able to control what appears on our skin or how we appear to ourselves in it. As I have seen a lot of extremely beautiful people not being happy with how they look and constantly look for procedures to make them feel good about themselves, ending up looking worse than what they started with. What they need is not more botox or fillers but more self love and self esteem and to work on their thought patterns.

One way to improve your Self love and self esteem is keeping a check on your CBC count. Confused!!! No no no. This is not the complete blood count but it is how many times in a day do you complain, blame or criticize yourself!! The most important words are the words we say to ourselves because our mind believes whatever we tell it. And we talk with ourselves the most and if this talk is self criticizing then that is what is going to show up on our skin. And we wonder why is there no glow on our face despite following a skincare routine religiously.

so the next time you complain, blame or criticize yourself remember the subconscious is always listening and it will show more things on your skin to complain, blame and criticize.
