Our subconscious mind is responsible for 90 to 95% of our life. And imagine if there is a tug of war between the conscious mind which controls only 5% of our life and the subconscious mind then who do you think is going to win.
We consciously may want better skin and health but if the subconscious programming is otherwise then there is no way that we can consciously get what we are looking for. So here are 3 simple tips to effectively get our subconscious mind in the same team as our conscious mind and win the skin and health game
Tip no 1 is to Replace the words ” I have to” with ” I choose to”.. instantly, we go from a victim mode to a Victor mode.. avoid saying ” I have to do exercise ” ” I have to loose weight” ” I have to do so much work” just replace with “I choose to do exercise” ” I choose to eat healthy” “I choose to work”.
Tip no 2 is to never add ” My ” to anything that you don’t want.. don’t say, my acne, my pigmentation, my alopecia.. because whatever you say as mine will make the subconscious feel like you are owning it and that you want it.. instead say ” This acne,” ” The pigmentation “The alopecia”.
Tip no 3 is to understand that the 2 most important words are ” I Am“.. Whatever we add after these 2 words determines the quality of our life.. for eg.. repeatedly saying to ourselves, “I am not good enough,” I am ugly. ” I am stupid” will make our subconscious believe it.. instead, let’s say, ” I am enough as I am,” ” I am beautiful,” ” I am intelligent,” ” I am loving and caring and see the transformation”.
